Pat BAKErCoach Baker played at the University of Maryland and was a First-Team All-Met College Team as a pitcher, leading the team in wins as a junior with 8, (record holder for most wins in a single season). Pat has over twenty years of coaching high school, youth league, travel, and collegiate summer league teams, as well as extensive experience providing private and small group instruction. Pat has helped numerous players achieve their goals of competing at both the collegiate and professional levels. He is also the Pitching Coach at Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington, VA.

Patrick Baker Jr.Patrick Baker Jr. has 9 seasons of professional pitching experience as well as 9 years of coaching and training baseball players at the youth, high school, college, and professional levels. Patrick was drafted by the Orioles in the 2014 MLB Draft and was named an Orioles Top 30 Prospect in 2014 and 2015. Through 206 career innings pitched, Patrick has compiled a career 3.79 ERA. Patrick is also a Precision Nutrition certified coach and has extensive knowledge of strength and movement training which he applies to his coaching.

Chris CHUICHIOLOChris Chiuchiolo, better known as Coach Chiuch, is an Assistant Coach on the Yorktown JV team and has been a Coach in the Senators system as well as with the Arlington Senior Babe Ruth Summer All-Stars. He led the ASBR 13-year-old All-Stars to the Babe Ruth World Series, Summer 2023.
Chris played D3 college baseball at SUNY Maritime before transferring to Virginia Tech where he graduated in 2022 and then moved to Arlington. |

Mike was a varsity baseball coach in Arlington County from 1988 - 2013. Since 2014 Coach Murray has coached youth baseball teams in Arlington. Mike taught Sociology and Psychology at Washington-Lee and Yorktown from 1988-2013. He was a certified trainer for the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) and traveled around the country presenting PCA workshops. Mike was selected by Major League Baseball International to present at coaching clinics in Latin American countries from 2012-2017. In February 2006, Coach Murray was recognized by the International Sport Institute as one of nine coaches nationwide for his work in promoting a positive sports culture in his community. Mike has directed the Virginia Baseball Club since 1992.
